This cocktail was AMAZING! So amazing, I had two, could have had 4, but had to go test other pumpkin beers and cocktails. I also had amazing company to partake in this cocktail which probably made it taste even better. 🙂

I would also suggest this bar as a romantic date night regardless. Very sexy, comfortable and the service was outstanding!

Thank you, The Rickey for being Awesome. PUMP’d to see you again soon.

Siggis: Pumpkin & Spice Strained Low-fat Yogurt

img_5058

This Icelandic style cream-skyr [thick] is pretty great. I love how rich and smooth the texture is. However, it is a tad tart! But delicious

  • Pumpkin isn’t overpowering, just a hint
  • 110 calories!
  • 15g of Protein!!!
  • Ingredient list is small [love]
  • No artificial anything

I would highly recommend this yogurt even if you don’t like pumpkin spice. Any of the flavors still cover the above list [except pumpkin]. I like that it is similar to a greek yogurt texture wise, but seems better for YOU.

A definite must-try!

Nounos: Pumpkin Spice Limited Batch Greek Yogurt

1st off presentation is key. I loved the glass container instead of a plastic one. Nice touch. Although, it was also $3.50 at the local supermarket. So, you’re definitely paying for it!

This greek yogurt was tasty alone AND with the pumpkin mixed.

  • 170 calories
  • Family owned and operated
  • Pumpkin flavored with cinnamon, clove, and spices.
  • And it’s not Greek-style, It’s authentically Greek. You’ll taste the difference.

Dunkin Donuts: Pumpkin Spice K-Cups

Dunkin Donuts Pumpkin Syrup in your Coffee OR Pumpkin K-cups?

Well, the syrup is much worse for you, and so sugary, but I have to say it’s really amazing tasting in iced coffee, but definitely more of a treat; it’s not something you should consume on the daily. Unless you want to begin looking like a Pumpkin!

These K-cups are great, because unlike the syrup, it’s the coffee grounds that are flavored with pumpkin spice. So you get all the flavor, minus the calories!

  • Low-Calorie
  • Pumpkin SPICE-Y for sure
  • Smells amazing
  • Great with or without milk
  • No need for extra sugar, but you can add if you like. I even like a dash of maple syrup.
