  • 2 types of Hops
  • Low Bitterness
  • Med-Light Body

After I hit up the Williamsburg Schmorgesborg, I went to Brooklyn Alehouse where I ordered the pumpkin beer on tap: Southern Tier PUMPKING beer. I was ecstatic when the bartender asked if I would like a cinnamon sugar rim. This was something Bud’s in Astoria, Queens, used to do, unfortunately they closed down, so this was an amazing find on my part. Very happy. I have had the Pumpking before, and it never disappoints. If you like your beer a tad on the lighter side, with the hint of pumpkin, this should be your pick. Also a great for a pumpkin beer virgin.

M&M’s: Pumpkin Spice

Yep! Pumpkin Spice M&M’s are back in stores. I found these at Target. I bought 3 bags as they go quick and last year were gone by mid-October.

If you are a fan of regular M&M’s, you will like these. There is just a HINT of pumpkin, but its enough to make it a tad different than your original M&M.

I would prefer them to be more Pumpkin-y, but that’s just me. Hell, I would prefer bacon to be a tad pumpkin-y… hmmmm, wait… Do I have an idea here?!

Dunkin Donuts- Pumpkin Spice is Available!!!

Last week I went to DD to find that the rumors weren’t true… They didn’t reveal Pumpkin Spice like Starbucks did 1 week early.. So, I patiently waited until today, September 1st , for my fix of DD Pumpkin Spice [preferred to Starbucks]. I went with the iced pumpkin spice coffee over the hot- as it was 1 million degrees in NYC today.

1st sip… JOY- HEAVEN-BLISS!!!

Head over to Dunkin Donuts to get your pumpkin fix. They have also released some new pumpkin products, such as Pumpkin Coolattas and Pumpkin Munchkins.

Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte is Back!

It is official! Both Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts have release their pumpkin spice goodies. They will officially announce via advertising on Sept 1. But for those of you, who are like me, and are PUMPKIN OBSESSED- one more week is an amazing thing!

Okay, so 1st sip… Iced [still summer] is just absolutely AMAZING. I can’t even explain the way I feel when I have the 1st sip. Wow, I feel like I am some drug addict. But hey, it’s better pumpkin than crack!  🙂

Anyway, pumpkin obsessed, and non pumpkin obsessed people, get out there & grab your pumpkin spiced lattes!

This beer is BY FAR the best Pumpkin Beer I’ve ever had and it’s made in NY! With a cinnamon sugar rim, pumpkin-y taste and 9% alcohol content- it’s a WIN-WIN-WIN in my book!

Stop by & try it @ Bud’s Ale House in Astoria, Queens, NY. Hit me up & I will come meet you for this delicious beer!

P.S. Remember that it’s 9% alcohol… Drink RAEsponsibly! — Or have 5 like I did and a massive hangover the next day!

Either way, this beer was well worth it!
